The Art of Spitting

My close acquaintance with North India has been for the last 3 years.I,being a hard core southie have really enjoyed the culture swap since being here.Nevertheless its well said that a little drop of ink will spoil the entire clarity. For 'northies' that ink is spit !!

Spits are of different type.If for some .the spit is as they vomit;for some it is a twisted exercise of tongue.Even some spit like they kiss & in extreme spit is bite, smooch & speech orchestrated.

The public spits Ive seen to the max are aftermaths of pan chewing.May be Indian literacy rate have shown a surge is yesteryear, but this stupid habit of spitting in public places still persists as such. Some boast that they don't smoke but may be giving an honorary spit aside.

Lets show the culture.Habits become so as we habituate it.Lest we bother about it ,it vanishes

Be better citizens.Lets not spit in public

R.Ravan Vs E.Sita

'Some.Raman' might have been in love with 'E.Sita'. May be the Epics had tuned innumerable love songs for them.It was in a fine sunny day the legend ,rather my super hero, 'R.Ravan'calmingly a muscular fellow with well toned physique grabbed 'E.Sita' & flew away to his kingdom.'R.Ravan' was obviously a proven well mannered guy that he didn't even try any sinful deed on the innocent 'E.Sita'. What i believe him to be was in heart felt love with 'E.Sita' !!! A week long stay of the lady with 'R.Ravan' may be very less in counts ;but that was well enough to build a clear cut picture in 'R.Ravan' ,that this was the lady of his dreams. The sight of ape as a rescuer might have given a momentary sparkle of light for 'E.Sita'; nevertheless she was ignorant of future. Reaching back at M.India she found her to be left aside anyways.

The epic has been modified once again. 'R.Ravan' found that he needs the lady very much. May be he had not loved her as 'Some.Raman' .He took that toughest hurdle to make a trip to 'M.India'. What that matters is for many 'Some.Ramans' it may be a simple lady but for this 'R.Ravan' she had been the genuinely 'most precious' . Its remarkable that 'K.Lanka' never had shortage of ladies.May be' R.Ravan' had found none worthier than the Indian version of Queen. Since this version had not been that of Valmiki i cannot predict what 'll happen in future. If i have to advise 'E.Sita' i would have told "Think with your brain & not with your heart dear".

NB: The Characters 'R.Ravan' ,'E.Sita' & 'Some.Raman' are fictitious & doesn't have any correlation with anyone dead or alive

Enfresh yourself @ woodnil

I would go back to 2002 when my dad approached all 3 of us with an idea of constructing an new house.Even if my mom stood a little apprehend towards shifting to a village location the democratic majority had won the plan.My dad also added up that house will be a protean dream home.No wonder i stood insouciant as usual as i knew my dad being a scientist in a govt.organisation would always let his 'complicated thoughts' into it.
A few days later he came with the plan drawn from his heart & the uniqueness in it was the house will not have any wooden part.Within a wink of time my mom & myself showed our reprimand in the form of a grin, that house without wood, is impossible. Our brains obviously questioned about the doors & windows with designs infringed that every house boasts of. My dad a scientist in hydrology took his decision as a challenge & after 6 years that dream house has been bestowed with the honour of being in the 'Limca Book Of Records 'as the 1st house in India which doesnt having any wooden component be it the doors, windows or even furniture's used.
My dad who have always been my role model, by this has shown a beautiful lesson in front of me & my sis that how a vision will come come true if your interest & sincerity towards it is so rigid.

My dad who owns copyright behind designing, working & naming this sweet home "Woodnil" says that he has gone for this project not because he hates wood ,but a true love for trees & a vision to show the traditional minds that we need not cut a portion of forests to build houses. Without using wooden components the construction costs also will come down a lot.

Ive never got much chance to sit on those traditional "concrete charupadis" (charupadis are those special protruded structures towards the courtyard in houses at Kerala with a purpose of resting).Nevertheless whenever i be at our Woodnil the breeze blowing though the Kakkat temple towards our charupadis reminds me a lesson that anything will be possible if the interest is genuine packed by sincere hard work!!!!

we are ONE & we have ONE

I am a budding corporate. Rather I am proclaimed to be a buddy corporate. I would refer to a management training ( popular now as soft skill training ) held for senior Area Managers of our company at Delhi. Even if I had felt myself to have skills- both soft & hard in a better trajectory ,the session being dealt by Mr.Amarjeet Singh an Ex IIM-A Dean & also an advisor to the renowned industrialist Vijay Mallya made me nominate myself. It was a decision well chose, as the training was too personal with 9 participants. The session went in good flow till the last day,but the last part dealt on family management, simply welcomed debate.I am well aware from my childhood days some biology topics had been controversial among us the young champs.Nevertheless the ambiguities were cleared before the class break .
The trainer quoted on UPA government's initiative to pass a bill on 'one child one family' program. The policy may infringe free bees for the same, with legal complications for the family with more than 2 children. For me being a bachelor, it didn't reciprocate anything.Lot of opposes were there when the trainer supported this act as family management/planing has been well linked with finance management of an individual. There were many who stood up for their children as children are gifts of god.
Population explosion is a menace for future India. Its proven in the census survey of 2008 that the density of population ( Number of individuals in one square meter) has mercury ed by 13% when compared t0 the last survey. I have an opinion that its time to get rid of the traditional thought of ' pair children' . Children are obviously gift of god .To add upon they are the product of your love with your partner.Being a citizen, you have a social obligation for the country too.Its a fact, to educate the ignorant is difficult. At least the well educated future-gen should pave the way for the new trend. The bill will be aimed at that only.Even the current companies have limited the maternal benefits for a single child.Being an adult i too have the fundamental right to make my choice. For me there is a crave for babies... Then what to do for a better India?? One bag 2 pockets- better twins dear !!!!!

Babuli..Still my prayers are there with you

Babuli is light to handle!!!To call,to spell & much more to place in heart. The typical odisha name (orissa is pronounced as odisha ter) 'Sushanta Muduli' is difficult .For me he was my favorite dealer service manager.Product of Rourkela ,the city famous for the steel plant.May be the steel plant reiterates the business potential but Rourkela is also famous for the tallest Hanuman idol in the world (update ur knowledge on history too dears). Id remember my days in 2007 where as a 'fresh campus recruited engineer' I used to consult him for a lot of my tech.queries & get the answers with a suffix of 'Sir".Approach him he'll welcome you with a grin. That grin from that too, a person with a body of an Australian beer ad.model makes you smile, at least a wicked one in return.
On my way back to Kolkata now, in the hunky Verna CRDI,caricatures of Babuli has flashed when my drivers head turned 125deg to ask "Saab woh Babuli ko philal kya hua".Lets recollect Anupam Ahuja pleading for Shiney Ahujas innocence.Even if Shiney has given the gestural support to himself getting convicted ;focus lamps still gaze at Anupam for no reasons( its a matter with hallow of sex, man !!!) My mind is getting perturb with a thought that none had been there to support innocent Babuli .May be the court has proved him murdered his wife & he may be inside bars now;but still I am strong at my heart"that grin couldnt do such a sin"
Its 8.30PM now & I could see the Aila swollen clouds coming back to West Bengal. What i can do for my friend now is to repend & get back to the present.Still my prayers are there with you & your innocence is immortal my friend

Metrosexual Creature

Its 8.30 & I am about to start the beautiful day, rather a flamboyant day!!! Coz all MNCs hates to count even an idle minute of any employee. What can i do ???My mind is still cloudy. The embarrassment faced yesterday still haunts.Rani (Name has been changed for the friend's sake!!) I understand she is stylish, easy go type of girl but how can she make such an ackward comment on a guy like me?? I understand she is obviously a sister for me & I've given all the right to speak anything anytime. But this type of comment still pins!!
I was forced to wait an hour before ,in front of the city center mall yesterday for the purpose of seeing "a cool" ( according to Rani) New York!!!I can understand for a 'security', i should be earlier than her.
At 7.00PM got a msg ..wer r U?? Wat crap i can see u mam,I waved as a child.I am sure she has not got the live size of me from such a distance, but can see her bitter facial expressions as if am nude!!! The first question" R u a man?? still the same shirt & pant!!!" What does she want from me then?? Do guys wear something else??I thought.Strongly to support her comment she pointed to a guy on the pavement with a quote"See how stylish he is"..Even if couldn't enjoy that, thought of having a view of that creature .Phewwwwwww a metro sexual creature!!! With bangles in hand, some hair band on head, piercings on lips & wat else can see some grass like tattoo on forearms!!!! God this is what you called man?? Is the simple , decent shirt & trouser of mine inferior to piercings & long hair??
I couldnt enjoy the movie at all. For me it was a show of that creature on that screen.Still i am perplexed. Are metrosexual creatures better than a simple me?? Hmm time will prove!!!

Sweet 7 Sisters

If anyone can boast about the beauty of North East India , I think it would be me. I may be a southie by appearance, speech & personality, but none might have roamed the north east India as i've done. My job gave me that intangible luck to be in the north east & explore the places neck to toe.

The states Assam,Arunachal Pradesh,Meghalaya,Manipur,Mizoram Nagaland & Sikkim constitutes the seven sisters of North East India. Rather it is the only group named as sisters & not brothers ( may be the gals there are too hot) !!!! The beautiful among these ladies is the Arunachal Pradesh where you need a separate inline pass issued by the state government to enter. The point zero in this beautiful state near the city of Itanagar, lies too cold even when the entire state is in steaming hot !!! Even if the invasion of ULFA & MIZO terrorists have invaded the states, the beautiful part is that the culture of the states are well maintained.

If you may get soup of Rhino Horn in Kaziranga of Assam , you may get breast milk cake in the tribal Schizoo village of Arunachal.

My life wouldnt have become complete if i had missed siliguri, the gate way of north Bengal where you may be asked to change your vehicles name plate before stepping into darjeeling / kalimpong. Siliguri is a junction from where you may go to Darjeeling if your sweet heart wishes to have the worlds tastiest tea or towards gangtok to enjoy your honeymoon at -4 deg c witnessing the kanchanganga.

Guwahati is the gateway of north east which has the accessibility with all main cities of India.I may miss the sisters once I get transferred, but the culture & jovial nature of the people of here ( ofcourse the beauty of them ;-) ) will make me take a drive once again through those hairpin roads

My Call Girl Friend

I know the title had created an anxiety in your mind. To reveal the same i need to tell in detail about west bengal. The beautiful state of West Bengal ......

During the period of the Vedic age Bengal was called Vanga and is said to have been inhabited by several groups of people belonging to various races. During the Mahabharatha period this area was divided into small kingdoms and principalities ruled by chieftains. The proximity to the sea also resulted in the influence with the foreigners -- the Portuguese in the early 16th century, followed by Dutch, French,Danish & British.

The British later brought forth the Dual system of administration In 1905 the English partitioned Bengal on the basis of religion. Calcutta remained the Capital of the British empire in India till 1911. After that the capital was shifted from Calcutta to Delhi. It was transferred mainly because of the people of Calcutta & their habits. Lazy by birth !!!

After independence West Bengals economic & political theaters were dominated by Marxist, terrorists & trade union. Even if a meagre industrial & economic growth happened in the period of 1980s to 2000s it didn't do much in terms of GDP to the people of bengal.Iron & steel rose up as the main industry, followed by jute & leather.Kolkata emerged as an IT hub which embarked a hope for international exposure of the state.

The dilemma lied in the interiors of West Bengal. It never stayed focused in the agenda of government. It stayed idle with farmers & their cultivation. The farmers were too much exploited by the CPM mediators & localites that they could hardly earn much as the Jhameendars of other states. The interiors follow the same state now also.

I met Konkana during one of my 'Teach India' campaigns. She works in a contract of Rs 510 per day.She may handle 15 to 20 customers per day.Konkana got married 2 years before but her husband could do nothing but to sell her off to an industrialist in Kolkata for need of money.Even if she had escaped from the brothel she could find the way of a prostitute only. The most difficult way for a living.I could only pacify & advise her. My advises will do nothing for her.Shan't it do anything in future too.I gave her some knowledge on contraceptives & her baby's education.

She represent one among the exploited poor lot of bengal.May be thousands of ladies like her adopted the same job she had taken. That even made West bengal the host of Asias largest red lighted are!! My eyes got watered not by hearing the story of 23 year old Konkana but her words while I was leaving her "I have been with lot of men in my life..but not with a brother like you" Yes she may be detrimental to many, but at least for a second I loved her..a love from the core of my heart. Long live Konkana !!

I admire you - Minister in Disguise

Its about a year before. I had planned myself to name my bitch with the name of Mamatha. Its just that I am an engineer & mamatha had been against industrialisation in west bengal. She was the main pillar in kicking the balls of Ratan Tata in the name of Singur

Now that she is a minister even my blog can welcome controversies.I couldnt understand for a while that why the people of WB has supported her & trinamool congress ( that too with a huge majority) even if she had shattered their haven of careers - Tata Motors !!! Later only I could recognize the reality from the bengalis. It was all politics of the CPM. Tatas had purchased the land from the state govt. The CPM ( govt) stood as the mediator & proposed the rates of land.

There had been a snail - elephant difference between the value proposed by CPM & given by tatas. Looting, bribing, mobing have forced the bengalis to strive for a massive change. If you look the intereiors of west bengal you can feel what the CPM bastards have done.Poor infrastructure, poor percapita income..all are paddy field where the CPM cadres stay as mediators & earn for their well being & not for the layman.

NO ECONOMIC OR INFRASTRUCTURAL GROWTH HAS HIT THE STATE MASSIVELY FOR THE LAST 40 YEARS UNDER THE RED (CPM) RULE

Now i would call her iron lady.Even if she couldnt speak english fluently, she is the didi will be the didi & always the didi of bengal.May be for me too.

Tandoori chicken for Ajmal kasab

I came to hear a campaign of the famous son of semi crack Menaka Gandhi ( I address her a semi crack since she had guided me not to bath my dog regularly as it may catch some skin disease!!! ) Varun Gandhi ( the new hindutva icon..what the bloody"_") was commenting on why he was put in bars for a simple comment & how a terrorist who had caused the death of lots can be given sympathy on judicial terms. Even i too support it.
Times Now news analyst Arnab Goswami threw a better light on this .He gave debate with political analysts & ex.secetries to get a solution. Kasab had even requested to offer him an area to do physical excersie near his cell to get rid of mental agony. Phewwwww mental agony for a barbarian?? Then what about the mental agony he had caused to the entire India?

I could hope for one thing atleast in future. SPGs dont waste your valuabel time to catch these criminals alive. Blow them up at the spot.Thats obivously jihad...the holy war

Call me anyways pls ( even if the words were not exactly like this).

Vote 4 ???

I made my vote & i have excersised my right. It is the first time im putting a part on the pointing finger. Right from my childhood days ive been seeing my dad coming with scores of ink on his hands after attending the election duty.May be it is the reason that persuaded me to put a click on the machine.

I started to the booth about 6 kms from my house at about 10.00AM. The serpentine 'Q' there astonished me & even made me proud of being one among the 'highly educated' youths of kerala.Fitted myself into the 'Q' behind an attractive bump!!! Yup my turn of voting has come. The signs were visible on the machine.what to do?? I had made my mind for a 'tool' sign but a co-sitter in the bus was murmering some rumours. It can be rumours only or may be truth god knows.Still should i vote for the tool???? No..not at all. I couldnt find any sign worth to rule me. Yes a member of assembly is ofcourse a ruler. I wished if i had been given a chance to nominate a person of my interest or to bunk from voting.Atlast i excersised the right for the best among the worst...
Oh my god !!! was this for amir khan campaigning?? i think he wasted a good part of his time. Lord saves !!!!

What does blogging mean for me???

Its was a great time when i found a public forum to put in my ideas. That too to negate the famous saying i don't want to make my mind that of devils, even if i am idle (i can boast tat).
Apart from that WILDBEES
- Is a personal letter to whoever opens my blog
- A memoir to the lady i placed in my heart
-A work place to improve my analytical writing skills

Excuses !~~! wat 4?

As a debut to blogging i know all expect something outstanding.Straight forward what are excuses for? It is what to do rather than thinking what you need to do. As the Times Now channel flashes out the lead India ad. frequently it is really exhilarating to think on what to do?? May be we didn't think a lot on what to do while taking the 1st puff ( years back) & the 1st sip ( 'a few' years back) there are a lot which require a first step
Let it be the election fever. As count down begins still we think on how to vote ?? Expatriates & ofcourse the techies who lie scattered throughout this country of 28 states still perplexes on voting. Excuses goofup for voters card..for the distance of hometown & even the chunk you need to spend to work that 'vote' out. If we put excuse to vote not for but against leaders..WhErE is the LeAdeR in you ?? Lets negate excuses..join me the do'ers & not the to do'ers
