Let me be straight forward. I am too enthusiastic to view spell bee programs in CNBC with an aim to throw ahead new words in office presentations. Today 7th Jan’11 I’ve been searching the online dictionary if a new word ‘BROSHIP’ has been coined or not.
No way do I find a better word to describe my ‘friend-cum-bro’ Chidambaram. A 26 year old me have exponential number of friends, hundreds of good friends, 14 close friends and a couple of best friends as now now. Nevertheless I can accommodate Chidambaram in any of these ‘clusters’ I’ve mentioned.
Chidambaram (Annan as I call him)joined in my office after getting transferred from Chennai plant .This 6+ foot,93kg,’mustachwala’ ,union leader was a terror in first sight. His audacious nature was truly a pie on the cake. A complete package, you may say!! My tender heart hesitated to be friendly with him in the initial days. Why friendship? Even I was afraid from heart to speak to him. It is that terror which I had 3 years before, has overturned to ‘Broship’ now . As he says always ‘God is great’. You won’t know when & how you come across people with ‘beautiful heart’ & how they become valuable to you. More than a friend, a brother to me he cared, advised and guided me during this tenure of 3 years.
It’s well said that you will miss your eyes when you loss vision. I miss him a lot now; nevertheless I feel that this is just an interval amid a never ending movie. The words of my boss during his relieving party sounded good “There are lot many people whom you can come across as good employees; but you will get only a few as good human beings”. Take care bro.
